„Make it easy“ – CobiNet presents a brand-new Kat. 6A RJ45-TL®-Patch-panel for toolless Installation.
With the RJ45-TL® double jack, we have significantly simplified the installation of network connections, especially in confined spaces. Now we have also developed a 19″ distribution field for connection and cabling solutions in data network technology, which also enables simple, tool-free wiring of data cables. The innovative novelty will be presented as part of the RJ45-TL® system at eltefa, Hall 10, Stand 10B11. The trade fair for electrical, energy, buildings and industry will take place from the 28th to the 30th. March 2023 in Stuttgart.
Another trade fair highlight under the motto “Make it easy” will be the constantly evolving RS18 network cabinets, which can be delivered to the construction site at the customer’s request with tested assemblies pre-assembled at the factory. This saves costs and avoids unnecessary packaging waste. With the choice of four door variants at one price, the project calculation becomes “easy” even if the cabinet configuration changes again in the construction phase.

The CobiNet RJ45-TL® system uses innovative connection technology and saves network installers time and costs by simply connecting data cables with a few simple steps and without special tools. The data sockets are compatible for installation in common switch programs and thus make it “easy” to use in a wide variety of environments.
Even with the new RJ45-TL® distribution panel, the wiring is simple and uncomplicated without the additional use of special tools. “In addition, integrated cable fasteners are no longer needed for fastening and strain relief of the data cables,” says Martin Rottmann, Head of Product Management at CobiNet Fernmelde- und Datennetzkomponenten GmbH. This saves additional time and costs during installation.
Double socket and distribution panel offer secure operation of service-neutral cabling with up to 10 Gb transmission capacity with standard-compliant data cables by complying with the cat. 6A component standards with high reserve. In addition, power-over-ethernet (PoE) applications up to 90 watts can be operated safely with the power-over-ethernet (PoE) distribution panel.
